OUR SERVICES
Age Defying Fitness & Wellness Solutions works on a 13 (thirteen) week schedule. We provide training programs and menu plans for 12 (twelve) weeks. Week 13 is certified as a rest week giving you the opportunity to relax, have a massage and think about your objectives for your next program.
Online support will continue to be available through week 13 providing the basis for your next 13 week cycle.
